Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our NHS clients in Worcestershire for an experienced Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - Health Visitor to join the 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service.

This is a full-time, temporary position offering an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established public health team supporting children, young people, and families across the local community.

• Deliver the Healthy Child Programme and High Impact Area work within a defined caseload to meet the diverse health needs of the local population.
• Manage a defined caseload of children, young people, and families within a specific geographical area or corporate team.
• Identify health needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care aligned with the wider public health agenda.
• Provide Universal, Targeted, and Specialist services in line with the Healthy Child Programme, including intensive home visiting (e.g. MECSH).
• Act as a role model for colleagues, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
• Behave consistently with the organisation s values and promote these in day-to-day practice.
• Take responsibility for the quality of your work and the service delivered to service users.
• Under the direction of the Team Leader, develop a specialist area of practice aligned with the Worcestershire Children and Young People s Plan.
• Retain overall responsibility for a defined caseload, ensuring high-quality care delivery even when tasks are delegated to junior team members.
