Credit Controller (Temporary - 3 Month Contract)

Location: Worcester
Rate: £14 per hour
Contract: Temporary (approx. 3 months)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (office-based)

We are currently supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Credit Controller on a temporary basis. This role will be based at their Worcester office and will support the finance function during a busy period, focusing on credit control, reporting, collaboration, and compliance.

This opportunity is well suited to an experienced Credit Controller who is available at short notice and enjoys working in a structured, team-oriented environment.

• Issue arrears letters and statements, ensuring timely collections
• Liaise with third parties and maintain effective working relationships
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of collections activity on internal systems
• Produce reports on debtor status and collection progress
• Support month-end and year-end finance processes
• Work closely with the wider finance team to ensure clear communication

• Proven experience in a Credit Controller or similar finance role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
  , particularly Excel
• Knowledge of accounting or banking software is advantageous

• £13.50-£14 per hour
