Finance Manager

Robert Walters - Finance Manager - Permanent - Hybrid - Worcestershire - £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

We’re looking for a Finance Manager who enjoys working on complex projects and making a real impact. In this role, you'll take ownership of project accounting, provide clear and accurate financial insights, and work closely with stakeholders to keep projects on track. • Managing project accounting processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately.
• Preparing and delivering financial analysis that helps projects succeed.
• Working with project managers and senior stakeholders to keep budgets and forecasts on track.
• Leading and developing a small finance team, encouraging growth and improvement.

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem‑solving.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills.
