Candidates with some workplace training, mentoring, or coaching experience are welcomed, and full support into teaching qualifications will be provided where required.

* Ensuring delivery is appropriate to the learner group and aligned to qualification requirements

* Motivating and supporting learners to achieve their full potential

* Providing timely, constructive feedback both during delivery sessions and through written or verbal assessment

* Supporting apprentices’ technical development in line with workplace and industry standards

* Engaging in ongoing CPD to continually develop training and delivery skills

* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to learners

* Confidence working with people of all ages and abilities

* Enthusiasm for developing apprentices and sharing industry knowledge

Desirable (Not Essential)
