SEND Teaching Assistants ; Temporary

Position: SEND Teaching Assistants Needed (Temporary)

Schools in Worcester are looking for passionate SEND Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with Autism, SEMH, SLD, PMLD and other additional needs across Primary, Secondary and Specialist settings.

Your Role

1:1 or small‑group support
Helping pupils access learning and manage emotions
Assisting with tailored activities and interventions
Working closely with teachers and SEND teams

What We're Looking For

Experience in SEND or school settings
Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
Strong communication and behaviour‑support skills
