What skills and experience we’re looking for Headteacher Stanley Road Primary School Part of Perry Hall Multi‑Academy Trust (PHMAT). Following the retirement of our Headteacher, the Trustees of PHMAT and the Governors of Stanley Road Primary School are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational, and highly effective leader to lead our school into its next chapter.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader who is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children and committed to delivering excellence for all.

The Role As Headteacher, you will provide strong strategic leadership and vision, building on the school’s existing strengths while driving continuous improvement.

You will lead, motivate, and inspire staff, pupils, and governors, ensuring that every child receives an exceptional educational experience where they are supported, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
