Salary: £27,841 – £38,922 per annum

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of health and social care professionals? A highly respected college in Worcestershire, known for its strong community links and outstanding learner support, is looking to appoint a dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join their team.

The Role As a Health and Social Care Lecturer, you will teach across Levels 1 to 3, with a particular focus on Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape future carers, nurses, and social workers through engaging and meaningful curriculum delivery.
 
Teach Health and Social Care Level 1–3
Deliver engaging sessions including the Anatomy & Physiology unit at Level 3
Contribute to curriculum development and learner progression
Full-time hours (37 per week) OR part-time 3 days per week either Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri.  
48 days leave including 35 days annual leave, bank holidays, and college closure days  
Ideal Candidate You’ll be a confident and enthusiastic educator with a solid background in the health and care sector and proven teaching experience.

Ideal candidates will have:
 
A Degree or Level 5 in Health and Social Care or similar
A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience in health and social care management
Strong knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology at Level 3  
We welcome applicants who have:
 
Experience in delivering Anatomy and Physiology at Level 3
A relevant L3 or higher HSC qualification
