Pay rate: £168.80 - £212.57 per day

Hours: Full-time / Supply

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher in the Worcester area. Must be QTS Qualified or equivalent.

• Strong background in teaching and supporting children with diverse needs (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, etc.)
• Ability to adapt and deliver engaging lessons in line with individual learning plans
• Commitment to inclusive, person-centred education that promotes both academic progress and personal development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• QTS Qualified or equivalent (required)

• Deliver high-quality teaching and support for children with SEND
• Follow individual learning plans to meet academic and personal development goals
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
• Collaborate with staff to provide tailored support for each child
