- Term time only, 39 weeks per academic year (195 days)
- 20 hours per week, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm daily
Salary: TA2 (Scale 5-6), £12,147.09 - £12,339.86 per annum (actual salary)

Key Responsibilities- Support the classroom teacher in delivering high‑quality education and care in KS1
- Assist in the development and learning process for all children, including those with additional needs
- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups to enhance learning outcomes
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming classroom setting
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable
- Ability to support children with additional needs effectively and sensitively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with staff and pupils
- Commitment to promoting high standards of care and education
- Enthusiastic and patient with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
- Reliable and proactive with a positive approach to challenges
- Adaptable and willing to engage in professional development opportunities
- Empathetic and attentive to the individual needs of pupils
