Salary: £90 - 110 per day, dependant on experience
Temporary, ongoing Contract
Full Time Vacancy (8:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday)
SEN Teaching Assistant Specification
We are currently seeking a motivated SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time job in an SEN school in the Worcestershire area. This is working with a range of ages, throughout the school.

To be considered you must have a passion for supporting SEND learners and have an expert knowledge of the school curriculum, along with and having a caring and nurturing approach to your work.

You must be a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant (level 2 or 3 minimum)
Have a excellent knowledge of the UK SEND system
Have worked with ASD, MLD, SPLd, PMLD, Physical needs
Be able to nurture and support young children with SEND
Ideally have worked at least 12 months within Special Needs
Safeguarding level 1 trained
Dedicated to supporting young SEND learners

The school is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant

This role is based in a specialist SEN school that is seeking a dedicated and capable individual to support their students both academically and throughout the school day. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with students and provide consistent, effective support tailored to their individual needs.

The school is looking for someone with solid experience and understanding of working with students who have a range of complex, developmental, or specific learning needs. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential, along with a genuine commitment to helping students thrive.

You should be engaging, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people. In this specialist SEND setting, professionalism and diligence are key, as you'll often work independently with pupils who have diverse abilities and learning requirements.

SEN Teaching Assistant Summary
