M  Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Gloucester, Gloucester to recruit an Associate Dentist to manage Urgent Care and Stabilisation Care on a permanent basis.

• Available from June 2026.
• Notice periods are considered.
• Flexible days and hours to be discussed.
• Practice can offer a day rate of £500 per day.
• Golden hello may be considered (terms apply).
• Expected earnings of £100,0000+ per annum.
• Up to 7 Urgent Care patients per session or up to 7 Stabilisation Care patients per session.
• Dentist will be managing both NHS Urgent Care and Stabilisation sessions.
• Opportunity to upsell Private treatments depending on patient requirements paid at a 50% split.
• The successful candidate will offer emergency care plus a range of general dentistry to stabilise patients.
• Dentist will be working alongside an experienced Nurse and Admin team.

All Dentist`s must be registered with the GDC and hold an active Performer Number. An enhanced DBS Certificate will be required on request.
