About the Role

We’re looking for a Receptionist at Worcester Park Dental Partners (378 Maiden Road, Worcester, KT4 7NL
). The position is 38.25 hours per week with Saturday availability.

Rodericks Dental Partners is a clinically led dental group dedicated to creating a caring, supportive environment. The receptionist will manage appointments, support patient care, and be essential to the practice’s success.

• Fully digital, modern 4 surgery practice using Dentally software
• Supportive, experienced clinical team
• Specialist services:
  Implants, Invisalign, Endo, Ortho
• Prime Surrey location – 25 mins direct train to London
• Train station Worcester Park 10‑min walk; A3 and bus station nearby
• No onsite parking – street parking is free

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
• Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
• Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
• Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
• Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is desirable
• Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records
• A team player who thrives on helping others
