Site Manager

Position: Site Manager (Contract)
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build school project in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a high-quality education scheme from start to finish.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing all site activities and subcontractors

* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

* Coordinating works in line with the programme

* Maintaining quality control and site standards

* Liaising with the Project Manager, design team, and client

* Managing site paperwork, reports, and RAMS

About You

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects (education experience highly desirable)

* Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (essential)

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to lead teams and drive projects forward
