Our Business Development division operates as a multi-million-pound portfolio of specialist businesses, including Short Lets, Corporate Services, Super Prime, China Desk and New Homes.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Business Development Coordinator to become the operational engine behind our BD leadership team.

This is not a traditional admin role. This is a high-impact coordination position designed to remove operational bottlenecks, accelerate project execution and increase revenue productivity per leadership hour.

You will enable Directors to focus on strategy, growth, acquisitions and high-value client relationships while you ensure everything behind the scenes runs with precision and pace.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Operational Execution & Project Management

  • Own project timelines and milestone tracking across BD divisions
  • Coordinate cross-department initiatives
  • Support acquisition administration and integration activity
  • Drive initiatives from idea to execution
  • Build and maintain clear KPI dashboards
  • Deliver weekly and monthly pipeline reporting
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities

Process Optimisation

  • Systemise repeatable workflows
  • Build and document operational playbooks
  • Maintain a central knowledge hub
  • Improve efficiency and scalability

Leadership Enablement

  • Architect and prioritise leadership calendars
  • Prepare meeting agendas and capture actions
  • Ensure consistent follow-through

    Coordinate internal leadership communications

Events & Marketing Support

  • Track campaigns and performance
  • Ensure seamless operational execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience in operations, project coordination or business management
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Able to create structure in ambiguous environments
  • Proactive, calm and solutions-focused
  • Experience in multi-division or portfolio businesses
  • Exposure to acquisitions or integration projects
  • Property sector experience
