We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team (hybrid Role). The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies to drive growth. The role involves market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the management team to meet organizational goals. The Business Development Manager will also represent the company at industry events and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Proposal Preparation, and Contract Negotiation
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Business Planning, Data Analysis, and Performance Monitoring
- Knowledge of or experience in the Water, Infrastructure, or related sectors is a plus
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools
