About the Role
Our Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team is at the centre of a client-focused growth strategy that is raising our profile as one of the UK’s leading Audit, Accountancy, Tax and Advisory firms. The role focuses on the public sector, education and mid-tier markets, with an excellent track record of above‑average win ratios and high‑quality proposals delivered on time. You will work closely with the Bids and Business Development Managers to proactively drive the delivery of all activities in the bid life cycle, managing and coordinating bid documents and presentation materials with key stakeholders.
The position supports a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment where ownership, a strong commercial mindset, and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver bid documents, pitches and presentations in line with bid criteria and deadlines.
- Take responsibility and ownership of tasks and manage multiple priorities within tight time frames.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality proposals and UObject to stakeholder expectations.
- Support continuous improvement of the bid process and contribution to the team’s win strategy.
- Demonstrable experience in a business development, marketing or bids role, or a relevant degree/CIM/APMP qualification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- -js experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
- Amor a mature and proactive attitude to work, delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Excellent team‑working skills, ability to take direction and willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience in the professional services sector or within a bid team would be advantageous but not essential.
