Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Support the night shift loading team to meet loading targets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support accident investigations following established procedures.
Complete daily and weekly performance reports.
Collaborate with warehouse and management teams to maintain high work standards.
Identify and address performance issues with the Operations Manager.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Counterbalance and reach truck licence.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Proficient in IT with strong spreadsheet skills.
Experience operating reach and counterbalance trucks.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous sexperience in a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills to assess team performance
Reach and counterbalance trucks
Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Contract Details:
Permanent, Full-time, On-site Hours of Work:
Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
