Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader

They are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Team Leader to assist with duties and ensure all vehicles are ready for departure.

Responsibilities:

• Support the night shift loading team to meet loading targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support accident investigations following established procedures.
• Complete daily and weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse and management teams to maintain high work standards.
• Identify and address performance issues with the Operations Manager.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Counterbalance and reach truck licence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Proficient in IT with strong spreadsheet skills.
• Experience operating reach and counterbalance trucks.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Previous sexperience in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills to assess team performance

• Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Contract Details:
Permanent, Full-time, On-site Hours of Work:
Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
