We are working with a dynamic and growing accountancy firm based in Worcester that prides itself on its proactive, professional, and personable approach to clients. With a strong referral rate and excellent reputation, the firm is seeking an experienced Semi Senior Accountant to join their team and support their continued growth.

• Preparation of accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders, and Partnerships for manager review
• Completion of VAT returns and general bookkeeping duties
• Preparation of personal and business tax computations
• On-site client work including Management Accounts and ad-hoc bookkeeping
• Liaising and supporting clients with day-to-day queries
• Ensuring compliance with filing deadlines and supporting business processes

• Minimum of 2 years practice experience (preferred)
  qualified or currently studying towards ACCA (QBE considered)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  , particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, Quick Books
  , and Iris Accountancy Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
