CDL Driver (Class

B)

Sunbelt Rentals—the fastest growing rental business in North America—is seeking a CDL Driver (Class

B).

Pay Range: $27.25 to $29.25

As a Class B CDL driver, you will deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from customer worksites. This role will drive a flatbed or roll-back truck in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, and rural settings. Ability to drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones is required.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver’s license with Class B CDL certification and safe driving record

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

• Previous experience driving, loading and unloading tools or equipment
• Mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues on-site
• Customer service focused attitude
• Detail orientation to properly maintain records
• Bi-lingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Related experience may include:
Roll-Back Driver, Flatbed Driver, Delivery Driver, Route Driver, Box Truck Driver, Stakebody Driver, Appliance Delivery.

The hourly wage depends on the agreed rate under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement for this location.

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt’s policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
