Diesel Mechanic

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Level C Diesel Mechanic who will, under supervision, repair and maintain our fleet of vehicles.

• Performs preventive maintenance services
• Conducts safety checks on vehicles
• Performs service calls
• Reviews and completes repairs identified on Vehicle Condition Reports
• Assists Lead Mechanics as needed
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards
• Completes paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounts for applied times
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Maintains a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that fosters good relationships with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management

• Equivalent of one high school diploma or G.E.D. certification
• Valid driver's license

• Handle tools and equipment, fine motor skills
• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
• Might need to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
