We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join OWL Services, the premier sales, installation, program management and service provider for a variety of industries across the U.S. This role focuses on EV charging solutions and general field service across a large geographic area.

$20.00/hr – $23.00/hr

As an EV Service Technician you will perform EV charging service and installation calls, complete job paperwork, maintain certifications, provide customer support, and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Perform EV Charging service and installation calls in a professional, timely, and quality manner.
• Complete job paperwork for each service call, at the time of service.
• Complete training courses in a timely manner to maintain current certifications and equipment knowledge.
• Act as a resource for customers; aid and product support to maintain long‑term relationships.
• Juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced ever‑changing work environment.
• Communicate skillfully and effectively in person or over the phone.
• Be a team player.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Positive Attitude.
• Attention to Detail.
• Preferred electrical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in all varied weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel with the possibility of overnight jobs.
• Experience with Point‑of‑Sale installation and repair is a plus.
• Experience working with EV chargers is a plus.
• Experience with Verifone is a plus.
• Experience in computer networking is a plus.
• Clean driving record and the ability to work safely.
• Capable of lifting and caring equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Good driving record with no traffic violations required.
