Conveyor Mechanic

We’re hiring an experienced Conveyor Technician to join our growing team in Worcester, MA. This is a long-term, career opportunity with a growing company. Work begins as soon as next week.

• Temp-to-Hire if it’s a strong fit
• $26-$28/hr starting pay, negotiable based on experience
• 10-hour days, Monday through Friday;
  Saturday as needed
• Local candidates only – no per diem

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor systems in a warehouse environment
• Perform preventative maintenance and facility repair tasks
• Troubleshoot issues with rollers, motors, lacing belts, PLCs, and VFDs
• Minor mechanical adjustments and bolt-up work
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams as needed
• Utilize mobile apps for work orders, time tracking, and customer sign-offs
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and procedures

• 2–3+ years of hands-on conveyor experience
• Tech-friendly and comfortable using smartphones for all job functions
• Must pass background check, 9-panel drug screen, and MVR (required for future company vehicle use)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• OSHA training preferred
• Lead experience is a plus
