Are you a Mechanic? New England's Leading car wash company, Scruba Dub, seeks a Full-time Mechanic/Maintenance Super Star to join our team with significant opportunity for career growth. A 50+ year old family business, Scruba Dub is transforming the car wash experience in New England and looking for new team members to grow with us.

Our mechanics ensure the proper operation and performance of our auto wash equipment and mechanical systems. Identify, repair/replacement/installation needs as necessary to maintain equipment and systems. Work with our car wash Management and Maintenance Department. We will train individuals who meet the below requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
:

• Demonstrated knowledge in any of the following areas: operation, service and use of heavy equipment, control wiring, on/off relays, welding, plumbing or heating/air conditioning systems and related components (e.g. unit heaters, pumps, safety controls, valves, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring safe operation of equipment.
• Maintain tools, supplies and equipment we provide (e.g. torches, cutters, drills, test equipment, filters, control components, fan blades, gaskets, seals, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items and equipment is in safe operating condition.
• Manage and maintain your appropriate truck inventory ensuring availability of required parts and equipment on an ongoing basis to your assigned locations.
• Must be able to work independently, and have good communication skills.
• At least 2 years work experience in mechanical repair or 2 years educational experience with at least 1 years field technical experience in either plumbing, electrical or general mechanical repair. Welding experience is a plus!
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to speak, read, and write English in a proficient manner. Must be able to use a computer and cell phone.

Travel will generally be within the Greater Boston, Metrowest and Worcester area, with some travel required to Warwick Rhode Island.
