Sales Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Worcester, MA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their needs, providing product recommendations, and contributing to achieving sales targets. Duties include building and maintaining customer relationships, processing transactions, and staying informed about industry trends and product knowledge. The role also involves assisting with inventory management and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools or software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business or sales is a plus
