Deliver Driver – Box Truck/Route Sales Representative

You will be delivering New England's favorite bulky rolls and other bread products to retail, restaurant, and institutional channel business on a pre-determined established route. We have openings in our Worcester distribution Depot for box truck drivers. Must be friendly and have good attention to detail. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers receive orders on time and in the quantities they have ordered.

Calise will rely on you to manage time‑sensitive deliveries and assure fresh product conditions in retail outlets.

This is a full‑time, base plus commission position with Sundays and most Wednesdays off, and with excellent benefits including PTO and holiday pay. Free bread package each day.

• Execute established company safety, sales, and marketing strategies
• Operate company vehicles safely and courteously
• Report to work on time and meet business needs (early mornings required)
• Maintain close working relationships and communication with Depot Manager, supervisors, and customers
• Accurately account for product received and sold and revenues generated
• Participate in all activities supporting the Food Safety Modernization Act and follow the Food Safety and Food Defense programs
• Physical capabilities – ability to lift at least 25 lbs, climb repeatedly, stand, sit, and reach overhead; stand for prolonged periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 1 year of DSD service or sales experience
• Clean driving record, DOT medical card, pass criminal background check and drug test
