You will welcome Staying, assist with locating and handling merchandise, guide customers throughout the store, and occasionally load merchandise. Your responsibilities may vary by department—including Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, and Pro Services.

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down‑stock merchandise by replenishing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross‑functionally train in other areas of the store.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Six months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Six months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require дээрست prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary for the job.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation.

• Six months of retail and/or customer service experience.
• Bi‑lingual skills.
• Certification in a trade related to the department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, lumber).

This role does not require regular travel; however, it may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

Working conditions vary by location, including inside and outside weather. Employees may be exposed to extreme heat or cold, wet or humid conditions, and intermittent noise. Lifting guidelines limit single lifts to 75 lbs; team lifts are used as required.

$16.50 – $17.20 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including location, education, training and experience.
