Nouria Energy Corporation is a family‑owned wholesale fuel distributor and convenience store operator in New England. We supply branded and unbranded fuel to over 300 locations and operate more than 150 company‑operated convenience stores and car washes.

The Retail Operations Team Member ensures the proper and efficient operation of the station during their shift, supporting profitability and growth while meeting customer needs.

• Work a flexible schedule and communicate changes or issues with management promptly.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of each shift per company guidelines.
• Maintain customer service excellence, greeting each customer with a smile, suggesting purchases, and promoting specials.
• Execute the customer‑service program at the site level.
• Minimize safety risks to employees, customers, and suppliers; enforce environmental and hazardous‑material regulations.
• Document any accidents, incidents, or illnesses and report them promptly.
• Manage maintenance of the customer environment inside and around the store perimeter.
• Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently, supporting the Safety and Health program.
• Complete the new‑employee safety orientation procedure.

• Read, write, and speak English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth‑grade level for making change and preparing shift reports.
• Validate identification for tobacco and/or alcohol sales as required by regulation.
• Carry up to 30 pounds and lift cases of vehicles, cartons, and other merchandise using proper techniques.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies during emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products; work in varied temperature environments.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Maintain physical upkeep, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities.
• Lift up to 50 pounds at times and traverse all areas of the store.
• Work prolonged periods standing, sitting at a desk, or at a computer.
