As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate guests’ needs while working hard in a fun environment.

You must be at least 18 years old, be able to communicate effectively with others, and be committed to making an impact.

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Requires transporting plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must be able to speak clearly, listen attentively, and wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
