Wellness Nurse, LPN​/RN- Per Diem

Located off the shores of Lake Quinsigamond within the woods of the Worcester Land Trust, our du Lac assisting living seeks RN’s and LPNs committed to providing only the highest level of care to our resident’s.

Duties include assisting with service plan development, supervising staff, assisting with scheduling, oversight of resident services and appropriately dealing with emergency situations when they arise. The management scope includes direct supervision of Resident Care Associates as well as monitoring emerging health needs of residents, covering for resident care staffing as needed and assisting the Resident Care Director with on-call duties. The Wellness Nurse will follow up on family issues as directed by Resident Care Director.

• Current LPN / RN in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to multitask.
• Assisted Living experience required.
• Weekend availability
