WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Worcester, MA.

• Night Shift.
• 3x12: 7pm-7am.
• Evaluate and continuously monitor patient progress in the ICU.
• Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Provide timely updates to physicians, patients, and family members.
• Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing.
• Respond to medical emergencies and activate appropriate clinical teams.
• Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient’s ICU stay.

• Minimum 3 years ICU experience (required).
• 5+ years ICU experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center preferred.
• Previous ICU experience required.
• EPIC experience preferred (non‑EPIC users must complete a 2‑day EPIC course).
• BLS – required.
• ACLS – required.
• NIHSS – required.
• TNCC – preferred.
• CCRN – preferred.
