WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Worcester, MA.
Job Function- Night Shift.
- 3x12: 7pm-7am.
- Evaluate and continuously monitor patient progress in the ICU.
- Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
- Provide timely updates to physicians, patients, and family members.
- Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing.
- Respond to medical emergencies and activate appropriate clinical teams.
- Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient’s ICU stay.
- Minimum 3 years ICU experience (required).
- 5+ years ICU experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center preferred.
- Previous ICU experience required.
- EPIC experience preferred (non‑EPIC users must complete a 2‑day EPIC course).
- BLS – required.
- ACLS – required.
- NIHSS – required.
- TNCC – preferred.
- CCRN – preferred.
