American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position in Worcester, MA, requiring broad surgical scrub and circulate experience across multiple specialty areas including transplant, neuro, and trauma.

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting in Worcester, MA
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (12:45–21:15)
• On-call rotation required: 1 night every third weekend
• Specialty areas include Transplant (Liver and Kidney), Endo, Vascular, Vascular Emergencies, Neuro, Trauma (MVA, GSW, stabbings), Cardiac (circulate hearts), General Surgery, Pediatric, and Micro

• Active MA RN license required; permanent license preferred, conditional license accepted
• Must have both scrub and circulate experience across multiple surgical specialties
• Ability to scrub and circulate in all listed specialty areas is required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration, at least one must be from a Nurse Manager or higher
• Clean nursing license with no prior disciplinary actions required
• Candidates must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates

• A mandatory pass/fail medication exam is administered during in-person orientation — only one attempt is allowed, and failure results in immediate contract cancellation; study materials will be provided
• A pass/fail EKG test is also required as part of orientation
• 13-week contract
