As a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) at Vantage Care, you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ clinical needs under the direction of the nursing leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in delivering consistent, high‑quality care in a skilled nursing environment.

• Provide and oversee nursing care
• Administer and document medications and treatments
• Monitor resident status and report changes
• Assist physicians with procedures
• Participate in care planning
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as assigned
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation
• Support admissions and discharges

• Active Massachusetts RN license required

• Full‑Time
• Part‑Time
• Per Diem

Pay Range: $38.00-$47.00
