As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Vantage Care of Worcester, you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ clinical needs under the direction of the nursing leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in delivering consistent, high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes
• Perform nursing procedures within scope of practice
• Document care accurately and timely
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulations

• Active Massachusetts LPN license required

• Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem

Pay Range: $34.50-$42.50
