Overview
Seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Falmouth, MA, and surrounding areas. Candidates must have acute care experience.
Responsibilities- Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliation, and annual wellness exams five weekdays.
- Examine patients, review medical records, order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, prevention, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records, oversee overall patient health, and promote good health practices.
- Offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay up to $140,000/year, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance, 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
This role involves in-person visits and aims to enhance patient care in a supportive, full-service practice environment.
