• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of operation.
• CPR Certification.
• Reliable Car, Driver's License, and Auto Insurance.
• Clinical
  
  Experience:
  
  at least 2-3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV Infusion Therapy Expertise: proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN.
• Wound Care: ability to provide wound care, dressing changes, infection prevention, and NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Sales & Business Development Mindset: ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
• Leadership & Management: supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Care Plan Development: skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

  Risk Management:
  
  experience in auditing, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance with policies.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Flexibility & Availability: comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies.

• Home Health or Private Duty Nursing
  
  Experience:
  
  familiarity with Bright Star Care’s business model is a plus.
