Licensed Practical Nurse - Worcester, MA

Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide quality care to our residents. Positions are available on fortnight shifts with weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
• Administer medications and monitor treatments
• Record vital signs and patient progress
• Assist residents with daily needs
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized nursing program
• Active MA LPN/LVN license
• Preferably 1 year of experience, but new graduate nurses are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with healthcare team members
• Compassionate and detail-oriented
