Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring MA RN license eligibility and the ability to circulate C-sections.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital Labor and Delivery unit
- Night shift position with 3x12 hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15
- Must work every other weekend and holiday
- Responsible for providing nursing care throughout the labor and delivery process, including circulating C-sections
- Holiday coverage is required as part of the schedule
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
- Applicants must reside at least 200 miles from the facility for travel pay eligibility
- Active MA RN license or eligibility to obtain MA RN license promptly upon offer
- Minimum 3 years of labor and delivery experience strongly preferred; will consider 2+ years with travel experience
- Ability to circulate for C-sections is required
- Intermediate or above AWOHNN credential required
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR required
- Pass/fail EKG test required
- Applicants must have clean nursing licenses with no prior disciplinary actions
