• Facility: Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse

• End Date: March 31, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shifts: Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360–$2420
• Patient Population: Neonates and infants (daily census ~40, 49 beds)
• Orientation: 48 hours

• Active Massachusetts RN license (conditional license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Level III or IV NICU nursing jobs
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• EPIC charting experience required
• Infant Driven Feeding Training preferred
• Ability to pass Telemetry exam during orientation (80% passing score)
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates and infants in a fast-paced NICU setting
• Administer medications, blood products, and perform advanced procedures (arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management: AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, APGAR scoring, and manage respiratory support (high flow nasal cannula, JET, HFOV)
• Deliver developmental care, breastfeeding support, and family education
• Assist with pre- and post-operative care for neonates with surgical interventions (TEF/EA, gastroschisis, omphalocele, g-tube placement)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (respiratory therapy, radiology, social services)
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records
• Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training modules
