Job Description
Recovery Navigators are central to our Zia Young Adult Access Center. Recovery Navigators are individuals who have personal experience with mental health diagnosis and/or substance abuse history, and share this experience with the young adults (ages from 16-22) they support. We prefer the Recovery Navigator is a young adult themself. The Recovery Navigator will support the Access Center's daily operations within the Kiva Center and Open Sky.
Company Description
The Kiva Centers has several programs: the Zia Young Adult Access Center, the Karaya Peer Respite, the Certified Peer Specialist training team, and two Recovery Learning Communities (in Worcester and in Southbridge, MA). We are a nonprofit organization, and all staff as well as community members identify as having lived experience with mental health diagnoses, history of substance use, and/or history of trauma.
