Warehouse Specialist II

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

• Assist with all general Receiving and Shipping operations in GMP Warehouse.
• Assist in the delivery of internal Production supplies.
• Assist in sampling and warehousing operations for Production Raw Materials, Component Materials, Maintenance and Production Stores spare parts, and the Laboratory Stockroom.
• Assist in the proper storage of Final Product and help ship Final Product to international and domestic destinations.
• Maintain proper storage of Master and Working Cell Banks.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries to Satellite Warehouse for BBC materials.
• Maintain GMP, safety, environmental, quality and EEO/AA standards in all warehousing operations.
• Meet physical requirements: lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly, perform constant bending, walking and transporting of materials.

• Assist in all assigned functions in support of the Stores Inventory Program, including Cycle Counts and Physical Counts.
• Operate Material Handling equipment.
• Follow specific procedures without deviation and pay attention to detail.
• Experience working in a GMP environment (highly desirable).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• High School diploma, including good math skills.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Knowledge of PC, exposure to Microsoft Word and Excel, and some experience with computerized inventory control.
