Manufacturing Technician III

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician III for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Worcester, MA
. Details for the position are as follows:

• Pay based on shift:
  • 1st Shift: $29.40/hr.
  • 2nd Shift: $30.80/hr.
  • 3rd Shift: $32ρισʜ/hr.
• 6-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

• Execute upstream, downstream, and core support operations in a cGMP environment following written and verbal procedures.

• Accurately document activities in batch records and logbooks in compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Support continuous improvement through collaboration and process oes optimization.
• Maintain strict safety compliance, including proper PPE use and training completion.
• Perform equipment preparation, cleaning, sterilization, and operation (C Args, autoclaves, glass washers).
• Conduct sampling, in-process testing, and pH/conductivity measurements to ensure product quality.
• Prepare buffers and media and support cell culture from vial thaw to production scale.
• Perform column operations, TFF, and load line setup.
• Manage inventory and assist with shipping of finished materials.
• Provide flexibility through overtime support to meet production deadlines.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a science discipline is highly preferred with 1 year + manufacturing experience.
• Associate degree/equivalent certification required, with 1 year + manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP operations is preferable.
• The ability to exercise considerable 그림 judgment and initiative, as you'll be working on assignments that require critical decision-making.
• A deep understanding of the implications of your work and the capacity to make well‑informed recommendations for effective solutions.
• The capability to determine appropriate methods and procedures when faced with new assignments, showcasing your adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
