Accountable and responsible for overall administration of the Adult Day Health Program (Program), including all professional and non-professional activities taking place within the center’s program, and for the coordination, supervision and evaluation of all patient care activities within the program. This specifically includes ensuring the adult day staff adherence of the Programs and Chair Van Guideline are met daily upon the entrance into the Program and exit of the Program.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferred; or RN License.

Candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in management, community health, gerontology or rehabilitative services.

• The ability to analyze complex issues and solve them creatively.
• Strong leadership skills relative to motivating and developing an interdisciplinary team to be successful.
• Ability to negotiate purchase/service contracts.
• Ability to make formal presentations relative to marketing the Adult Day Health Program.
• Strong orientation to patient care, the special needs of older adults, in accordance with the goals and philosophy of the Center’s values, particularly the holistic approach to healing.
• Provide monthly and yearly updates to the business office of fiscal administration for ADHC.
• Supervise and implement admissions with admissions coordinator.
• Respond to reporting requirements of the department of medical assistance set forth in section 421.
• Contract and coordinate transportation for ADHC based on the best rate and service available.
• Market ADHC to third parties, agencies, business and the medical community.
• Maintain and implement policies of Saint Francis Adult Day Health Program.
• Recruit, interview, hire, evaluate, supervise and schedule staff and volunteers of ADHC, adhering to discipline guidelines set forth by Saint Francis Adult Day Health.
• Supervise all Adult Day Health Staff.
