Custodian

Job Summary

Perform various cleaning, waste removal and supply replenishment duties and aid in maintaining security and snow removal.

• Dusting all surfaces
• Emptying wastebaskets
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenishing bathroom supplies
• Washing tables and appliances in cafeteria
• Wet and dry mopping of floors and hallways

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and comprehend all instructions, warnings on labels, containers and Material Safety Data Sheets associated with the position.
• Must have valid driver's license.

• High School or equivalent knowledge or related experience.
• 0 - 1 years Experience

Management has identified this position to require essential personnel. In the case of severe weather or other emergency situations, specific key individuals who are in this position will be required to report to work, regardless of the company being closed.

Pay Philosophy:
The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. Some roles at MAPFREare eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Hourly rate: $18.00 per hour
