As an integral part of our Commercial Lines team at Deland, Gibson, the Account Manager will work closely with clients, providing peace of mind through proactive service. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Advise and consult clients on coverages and risk reduction strategies
• Work closely with our insurance carrier partners
• Handle policy changes and coverage questions, keeping up to date on rates and forms
• Maintain high level of communication and build effective relationships with clients
• Accurately input data into information systems and update the information as needed
• Monitor client policy life cycle
• Support the organization’s mission, values and strategic initiatives

• 3-5 years of Account Management experience in P & C
• MA P & C License
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills to assist with customer resolutions
• Must be self‑motivated and have great attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred
