Job Description
Position: Personal Insurance Account Manager
A local agency needs an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager with a strong work ethic, drive to succeed, and a can-do attitude. This is a fun company to work for, with flexible time and a great compensation package.
Duties- Review daily reports, change requests, claim notices, auto , order MVRs, and issue certificates
- Accurately input policy updates and account information
- Communicate with client, producer/agent, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage related questions
- Responsible for the marketing/quoting process for both new business and account renewals
- Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewals
- Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives
- Property & Casualty Insurance license required
- Minimum 1-3 years independent agency or retail broker experience
- Strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage & rating
- Agency Management System software experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
