Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial insurance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

• Salary
  : $75,000 - $80,000 annually (depending on experience)

• Manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service, advocacy, and professional communication.
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
• Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Account Management.
• Licenses
  :
  Property & Casualty License required.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
