• Collaborate to develop and iterate the "Agentic Story," creating technical assets that demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities
• Own the technical win for AI-focused engagements from discovery to proof of concept
• Act as a subject matter expert, presenting at industry events and leading technical workshops
• Provide feedback to Product Management based on customer interactions and proof of concept experiences
• Design secure architectures that align with customer business goals

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering or Solution Architecture
• Proven track record of managing complex technical validations and proof of concepts
• Technical experience with Agentic AI frameworks and cloud AI platforms
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles

• Hands‑on proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, or AutoGPT
• Familiarity with securing service accounts, API keys, and machine identities
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for building custom demo integrations
• A proactive "builder" mindset towards emerging technologies
• Excellent strategic communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders
