• Partner with sales teams to translate business missions and technical constraints into tailored solutions
• Deliver engaging, outcome-oriented demos for new prospects and existing customers
• Define key technical requirements and recommend deployment models to ensure quick time-to-value
• Support conversations around AI governance, data security, and responsible AI practices
• Provide structured feedback to Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams regarding market relevance

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing data science, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within software/SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics sales
• Excellent communication and demo skills, with the ability to present complex AI concepts clearly
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and industry events

• Demonstrated success in supporting sales pursuits with technical expertise and solution design
• Strong ability to translate GenAI and ML platform capabilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving product offerings
