• Implement and support clinical and business applications, ensuring alignment with operational processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and configure application features and security settings
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to applications and system configurations
• Develop support documentation and training materials for end-users
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings and manage tasks within project guidelines

• High school diploma or GED
• Epic/Workday/Application certification(s) or the ability to achieve them as required by the department
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills with staff at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work off hours as needed and participate in an on-call rotation

• Experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
• Previous healthcare experience
• Demonstrated adaptability to evolving project requirements
